What is included

- Country briefing by Austrade
- 1 rectangular table with 4 chairs
- 1 bilingual assistant per exhibitor
- 2 vouchers of coffee break per exhibitor. Coffee Break will vary from country to country
- 2 invitations for the opening cocktail

Sector: Wines

- Country briefing by Austrade

Extra Benefits

- Opportunities to deliver presentations may be available in some markets. These opportunities will only be offered to registered participants and will be offered on a first come, first served basis
- Austrade will organise Education Seminars and activities in each market, these will only be available to participating Australian institutions

What is not included

- Travel expenses (airfare, accommodation, meals, transfers and other personal expenses)
- Company promotional materials, e.g. banners, banners support, etc
- Office support, photocopying, faxing, etc are available at the Hotel Business Centre
- Transportation of materials
- Cost of corkage, glasses, bread and water for wine exhibitors. This is to be paid for separately by the company making the request and will be organised by Austrade with the Hotel

Discounts:

Purchasing a package of 5 countries will deliver you a discount of 10%.

Payment

The payment should be completed by April 20th 2005. Austrade in Australia will issue an invoice. Please see Attachment A for the Festival participation application form.
