Important Considerations
The first exhibitors to confirm their participation will have priority in choosing the location of their table and timing of their seminar presentation (where available). Slots for seminar presentations are limited and are not available in all countries.
The exhibitors may sell products and services during the event without paying any fee to Austrade, but shall sign an acknowledgement form provided by Austrade at the end of the event informing Austrade about the sales generated at the Festival.
There are no extra costs involved regarding table set up, infrastructure (lighting, cleaning, etc). Additional equipment (televisions, projectors etc.) may be hired through the hotel on a fee basis and should be organised directly with the hotel. Exhibitors are responsible for their own belongings and Austrade will not take any responsibility for any items that are lost or stolen.
During the Festival there will be several cultural events, which may include musical performances and fashion parade. These will be organised by the Australian Embassy and all participants will be informed of such activities on arrival in each country.
